1. Account authority
The institution confirms that the person creating or administering an account is authorised to act for it. Account details must be accurate and access credentials must not be shared.

Terms of service
Effective 23 August 2026. These terms govern access to the SchoolPora trial and subscribed service.

2. Acceptable use
Users may use SchoolPora for legitimate education administration. They must not probe security, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material or access another institution’s data.

3. Institution data
The institution remains responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of data it submits. SchoolPora processes that data to provide, secure and support the service.

4. Subscription and suspension
Trial access lasts 30 days unless extended in writing. Paid terms, billing cycles and taxes appear on the order. Overdue or unsafe accounts may be suspended, which removes user access while records are retained under policy.

5. Availability and changes
We maintain and improve the service and may schedule maintenance. Material service changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.

6. Liability and contact
Each party remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific commercial terms, support levels and liability limits may be set in the institution order or service agreement.
