Institution-controlled records
The institution decides why learner, guardian and staff records are processed. SchoolPora acts as its service provider for those records, subject to the agreement and applicable law.

We share information only with approved service providers, payment or communication partners, or authorities where legally required. Retention follows contractual, security and legal needs.
